Hi! My name is Sheree Hollis Gilles and I have been baking for as long as I can remember. In fact, I distinctly remember getting an Easy Bake Oven for Christmas when I was little and using the regular oven because the Easy Bake cook time was too slow for me. I wanted to use regular pans and a regular oven and that's the way it has been every since. I learned all of my tricks and secrets from my parents and grandparents. Baking and cooking truly runs in my blood!

 

I was asked a few years ago, "What do you enjoy doing so much that you don't watch the clock while doing it?" My answer? Baking and reading. My Sweet Amour was my opportunity to turn something I love into a business.

 

A little something about me? I'm 32 years old, a wholehearted Christian, and married to my best friend. I love watching Lifetime Movies with my parents, having dance parties, heart to hearts with my husband, and getting lost in Nicholas Sparks books. And if I'm honest, I'd rather forsake all other food and soley eat dessert!
